Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following forms of online payment at SoKeyoot.com: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. We are unable to accept C.O.D. orders or wire transfers.
Offline Ordering
We accept phone orders with credit card. We will also accept a check or money order mail in payment with phone orders. Please note: check and money order payments will increase the time for processing and completing your order. Orders will not be shipped until after check clears.
Large Quantity Orders:
Please contact us for all orders over 25 items to discuss payment and delivery options.
Return Policy
SoKeyoot.com wants satisfied customers. If not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of the original invoice date for an exchange for a similar priced item or a refund minus shipping. USPS First Class shipping costs will not be charged again for resending the item, but SoKeyoot.com will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send the product back to us.
Return Procedure
Please contact us prior to returning any item to obtain a Return Authorization. Package the product in original packaging with the original paperwork. You will be asked to put the RMA # (return authorization #) on the mailer. We can be reached via e-mail at service@sokeyoot.com.
Product Colors
Due to different resolution settings and hardware types, product colors may vary slightly from original product color.
Sales Taxes
Rhode Island residents have an additional 7% added to their orders where applicable. All other states are exempt from sales tax.
Pricing
Sokeyoot has the right to make changes to the online product without notice.
Prompt & Efficient Service
Under normal conditions and subject to availability, an order is shipped within 7 - 10 business days. Some custom orders may take 10 business days before shipping. Large quantity orders will ship according to agreed upon shipment dates/times discussed during the initial ordering process.
Problems - Please notify us within 7 business days of any issues or concerns, so that we may resolve the issue promptly.
Secure Online Ordering
We use the industry standard secure layer (SSL) data encryption from ordering, to credit card processing, to shipment. Your information is fully secure and your purchase protected. If you have any further questions please contact us at service@sokeyoot.com.
Once you have identified your product, just add the item to your shopping cart or add additional items at any time by clicking on "Add to Cart." When you have finished shopping, and are ready to check out, just review your selections in the shopping cart, click the check out icon and follow the easy instructions Please be sure that the name and billing address you submit exactly match the information for your credit card, so we can process your order promptly. After completing the ordering process, we will send you an email confirming your purchase.
Back Orders
If an item is not available you will be notified within two business days via email. You will be able to cancel the order or make an alternative selection. Please note: from time to time we offer select and limited specialty offer items only available for a short time. Once these items are out of stock they will not be back ordered.
